Introduction

The Eureka INTAC (Integrated Accounting) System is a simple & flexible accounting system for use on microcomputers. It provides an integrated set of transaction processing and reporting facilities The system is design to be easy to use and yet cater for different accounting and management requirement. Since the design and development has been done locally, it can be customized to incorporate individual requirements. Summary of Property Register

  • Maintain Property detail for all properties (Owned/Leased) available for lease.

  • These details will include the basic detail for all the units (Flats / Shops etc) available for lease e.g. No. of Rooms, Baths, Other specifications.

  • User will be able to maintain lease detail for each property leased from owners & other company.

  • Option to maintain lease detail for each unit leased out to leaser

  • Option to maintain full Cheque history for each lease agreement. These cheques are linked to your accounting module / Bank Statement.

Summary of Accounts Module

  • Maintain account detail for all the books for any number of periods.

  • Maintain account balances for both current and previous period.

  • Use one account to maintain transaction detail & balances in different currency.

  • No limitation on the number of period that can be kept open.

  • Drill-down feature to move from Trial Balance to Ledger Detail to Journal Entry.

  • Generate reports like Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet as of required date.
